Background: Apical fenestration is a condition characterized by a defect in the alveolar bone that results in the exposure of the tooth apex through the oral mucosa. Extraction is one of the treatment options that can be performed to eliminate the associated symptoms and source of infection. Objective: This case report aims to describe the management of apical fenestration in a primary tooth using local infiltration anesthesia.
